Moreover, the 1997 GDP of Austria was $US174.1 billion. The GSP (Gross State Product) of California was $US1.5 trillion around then. Ahneeee has got a leg up, I'd say. ;)
Ah, but what kind of tender leg? It wouldn't surprise me if Arnie is President one day. Sure, a few Constitutional issues, but nothing that can't be solved with a swifty by the right-wingers. California may be an economic power-house, but seeing Arnie during last year's Presidential campaign, spruiking for Bush, and his pro-death penalty, frankly, they can keep him.
