Terrorist groups don't really care that much about innocent civilians getting killed. (Kind of obvious when you think about it...) There was a far bigger fuss when some group founder (I think it was of hamas of hizb'allah) was killed than over this.
Suggesting that this suicide bombing wouldn't have occurred if the Palestinians hadn't been killed would be nothing more than speculation.
Perhaps, but well worth stating, surely?
As for terrorist group not really caring about their victims, this is true. But what about the many more innocent victims of state terror?
It's astounding that the number of Iraqis killed since the US invasion could be in the hundreds of thousands, and yet, pro-war supporters still comfort themselves with thoughts of 'liberation.'

The terrorists are more upset about guilty non-victims than innocent victims.

Far more pro-war supporters recognise that what they advocated was a lesser of two evils than those who'd let potentially hundreds of thousands die from Saddam, comforting themselves with thoughts of "peace".
